MACADAMIA NUT
Harvested on the Big Island of Hawai’I, this iconic amber Hawaiian honey has a richer and roasty taste profile.  Nutty, malty notes leave a blissful lingering floral aftertaste.  Pairs well with pancakes, scones, and French toast.  Bon appetit!
 
PELE'S GOLD
Pele’s Gold is a mixed-blossom honey derived from several varieties of tropical plant, such as avocado, mango, passionfruit, palm, Christmas berry, and many more.  This popular honey has a rich flavor and color with fruity notes that change seasonally.
 
OHI'A LEHUA
The sacred and endemic ‘Ohi’a Lehua flower is one of the most beautiful nectar-producing plants in the Hawaiian Islands.  It produces a golden, delicate honey, with a pleasingly smooth buttery-floral note.  This is our favorite honey for teas, yogurt and fruit salads.
